Facts:
Garibaldi prefer temperate waters. They range from Baja California
to Monterey Bay, as well as the neighboring coastal islands.
Garibaldi make good
parents. Adults maintain a home territory; the male clears a sheltered
nest site within his territory, and the female then deposits eggs
within it. She can lay up to 80,000 eggs.
